Daily journals November 23, 2000, Thanksgiving Day is a real witness in the world.
This tradition began before our nation when the Pilgrims had a day of thanksgiving to God for the crops and food provided, they celebrated it with the Indians and this was a present and living witness to the natives of our trust in God as our Lord and creator. The Pilgrims were like Missionaries to the new land. Later this was declared by the federal government to be an official holiday and this makes us a Christian nation although we serve many gods. Thanksgiving Day is now being called the turkey day and God is all forgotten for the most part. The dollar god we serve is always busy working to get your money the day after Thanksgiving and Thanksgiving Day is the biggest advertising day of all for worldly goods. The trade monster or the money beast is busy making money. I grew up thinking this way until God showed me a better way. The public is not really so thankful, and they are a second-hand thankful not knowing who to thank and not really identifying God as the source of all life forever. Every good gift comes down from the father above. Let us give praise rightful to God almighty for creation, life and knowledge of truth and right. Let us thank God here and now for all good things He has provided. Be a witness for the one and only true God our savior. Let our tongues be Holy. Giving gifts is a good thing, but if it over shadows Thanksgiving with the spirit of Christmas and its not to be just Christmas but the spirit of money making. The Christian world wanted to forget that to the concept of Christmas actually came from practices of pagan religions as did Easter. Much of the world worships the male sex organ in pagan religious countries even today. Most of the world is in false religion and many of our practices trickled-down through the ages and through the Catholic Church to us in the protestant world as we softened and mellowed to indorse and approve false worship. Let not our hearts be troubled, we believe in God, believe also in Christ as Lord. This is a true holiday that begin in America and it should not be called turkey day to discredit the true spirit of giving real thanks to God for all of our blessings. I thank God for freedom and for my family. I thank God for my father and mother and grandparents. I thank God for wisdom and knowledge of the true reason. I thank God for a spiritual inspiration and correct enlightenment without evil influence upon my life. I thank God that they pointed me toward the church yet they taught me outside the church to stand as a man individually as a statue not conceding to evil causes and not having a buddy buddy religion of the world. I thank God for a personal relationship and full of knowledge of salvation in my own heart and life, in my body and soul. I am a Christian uncompromised with the purpose and a mission to serve God without apology and without shame. I am determined to witness the mission to illustrate the true word of God to all the world, my heart is broken in my own personal surroundings and I feel suspended in a vacuum and obscure to the natural eye but articulating and participating in a spiritual Dominion of superpower and of endless dimension. I have no real awareness of the demonic nature that dominate people's minds and souls controlling their bodies with evil intentions. My source is the Lord and I worship him by prayer and praise all day long. Thank you Lord for this brilliant creation of the universe and of Heaven being our Home forevermore.
I think of basic minerals to begin with as copper, zinc, magnesium and selenium. I believe we also need boron and cobalt as plants do to live and grow. I have had my cottage cheese and flax seed oil today. The confusion in Florida is revealing to us that our vote really does not count. We have the Lord God as our King and our president.
